Group training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training; it offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate plus working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level.
You do not have to be at exactly the same fitness level to benefit from group training. Our trainers design workouts specifically targeted around the group’s goals and levels of fitness. Our programs are constantly evolving based on the latest trends in fitness and adapting to our members needs. Our 45-minute sessions are designed to increase metabolism and improve energy levels. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and guidance to reach your fitness goals in our group environment.
